  • 2 cups Zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Pie crust, pre-baked

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer zucchini slices and shredded cheese in the pre-baked pie crust.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the zucchini and cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
