Fritters
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 unit egg beaten
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tablespoon olive oil for frying
Yogurt Sauce
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
2. In a bowl, mix zucchini, flour, salt, pepper, baking powder, egg, and milk.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the pan, flatten slightly, and cook until golden brown on both sides.
5. For the yogurt sauce, mix yogurt, lemon juice, dill, garlic, and salt in a bowl.
6. Serve fritters hot with yogurt sauce on the side.
