  • 200 g feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis, crumbled feta, beaten eggs, milk, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the mixture is set.
