  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the oil and vanilla, and mix well. Fold in the zucchini and chocolate chips.
  4. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.
