Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine zucchini, apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Place one pie crust in a pie dish. Pour the zucchini-apple mixture into the crust. Dot with butter.
Cover with the second pie crust. Seal edges and cut slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
Bake for 50 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Let cool before serving.
