  • 1 egg beaten

  1. 1. Grate the zucchini and sweet potato, then place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Add the flour, beaten egg, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.

  4. 4. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan, flattening them slightly with the back of the spoon.
  5. 5. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
