Instructions
Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it reaches 180°F (82°C).
Remove from heat and let it cool to 110°F (43°C).
Whisk in the plain yogurt until well combined.
Pour the mixture into jars and cover them.
Let the jars sit in a warm place for 8 hours to ferment.
Refrigerate the yogurt for at least 2 hours before serving.
