Main Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add yogurt, oil, and vanilla extract.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Pour batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool before slicing.
