Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them into squares.
Place a dollop of chocolate frosting on each brownie square.
Press a chocolate sugar cone onto the frosting to create the witch hat.
Decorate with orange sprinkles around the base of the cone.
