- 1 cup Butter melted
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs large
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
Topping
- 2 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix well.
Add eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir until combined.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
Fold in white chocolate chips. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon for the topping. Sprinkle evenly over the batter.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
