- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1.5 cups Sugar
- 2 units Eggs large
- 2 tablespoon Red Food Coloring
- 2.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
- ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the red food coloring.
Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; gradually blend into the creamed mixture.
Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cookies are set.
Cool on wire racks.
