Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter softened
  • 1.5 cups Sugar
  • 2 units Eggs large
  • 2 tablespoon Red Food Coloring
  • 2.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the red food coloring.
  4. Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; gradually blend into the creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cookies are set.
  8. Cool on wire racks.
