- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups White chocolate chips
- 1 cup Raspberry jam
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Gradually add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
Stir in the white chocolate chips.
Press half of the dough into a greased baking pan.
Spread the raspberry jam over the dough.
Crumble the remaining dough over the raspberry layer.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
