- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- ½ cup White Sugar
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter, butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.
Cool on wire racks.
