White Chocolate Molasses Cookies

Main Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup molasses
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves.
In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add molasses, egg, and vanilla; mix well.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir in white chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are set. Cool on wire racks.
