Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves.
  3. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add molasses, egg, and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir in white chocolate chips.
  5. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are set. Cool on wire racks.
