White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Blondies

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup macadamia nuts chopped
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix well.
Add eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir until smooth.
Gradually add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
Fold in white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.
Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
