White Chocolate Cranberry Pistachio Bark
A delightful treat combining white chocolate, cranberries, and pistachios.

- 12 oz White Chocolate chopped
- ½ cup Dried Cranberries
- ½ cup Pistachios shelled and chopped
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
Spread the melted white chocolate evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle the dried cranberries and chopped pistachios over the melted chocolate.
Let the bark set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
Break into pieces and enjoy.
