  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
  4. Gradually add flour mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in white chocolate chips and cranberries.
  5. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
