- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs large
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until well combined.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk until smooth.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Fold in white chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
