- 1 can white beans drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

- Water as needed
Combine beans, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil in a food processor.
Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
Season with salt, pepper, and cumin.
