  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Onions sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken strips and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add bell peppers, onions, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
