Watermelon Pie Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Gelatin
- 1 cup Whipped Cream
- 1 unit Graham Cracker Crust
1. In a mixing bowl, combine watermelon, sugar, and lemon juice.
2. Dissolve gelatin in a small amount of warm water and add to the watermelon mixture.
3. Fold in whipped cream.
4. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
