Vegetables

  • 1 pc Zucchini cut into chunks
  • 1 pc Red Bell Pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 pc Yellow Bell Pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 pc Red Onion cut into chunks
  • 8 pcs Mushrooms whole
  • 2 tbsps Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Thread the vegetables onto the skewers.
  3. 3. Brush the vegetables with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Grill the skewers for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
