- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup Chopped zucchini
- 1 cup Chopped carrots
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots. Sauté for 10-12 minutes until tender.
Season with salt and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot.
