Vegetable Korma Recipe
A rich and creamy vegetable korma made with a variety of vegetables and a blend of spices.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 cup Chopped Onions
- 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 cup Mixed Vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes)
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- to taste Salt
- 1 cup Water
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
Add mixed vegetables and stir to coat them with the spices.
Pour in coconut milk and water. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Season with salt to taste. Serve hot with rice or naan.
