Ingredients

  • 1 cup Grated Carrot
  • 1 cup Grated Zucchini
  • ½ cup Chopped Onion
  • ½ cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine grated carrot, grated zucchini, and chopped onion.
  2. 2. Add flour, eggs, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well until combined.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan, flattening them slightly with a spatula.
  5. 5. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. 6. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
