Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Gradually add the warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough into a flat shape and place it on a baking sheet.
  5. Top the dough with cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with dried oregano.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
