  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables bell peppers, onions, spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped vegetables and sauté until tender.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the skillet. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the frittata is set and golden brown.
  6. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
