Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 cups Cauliflower florets
- 1 cup Carrots, sliced
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large pot, steam the broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots until tender.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until the mixture thickens. Add the cheese, salt, and pepper, stirring until the cheese is melted.
Combine the steamed vegetables and cheese sauce in a mixing bowl, then transfer to a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
