Pancake Batter
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Almond Milk or any plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
