Pancake Batter
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cup Oat Milk
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the oat milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until just combined.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
