Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Vegan butter, cold cut into small pieces
- ¾ cup Non-dairy milk such as almond or soy
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the cold vegan butter to the dry ingredients. Use a fork or pastry cutter to cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Pour in the non-dairy milk and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown on top.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
