- 1 cup Grated Zucchini
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ cup Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Chocolate Chips optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
Add the grated zucchini, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
