- 2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 whole Vanilla Bean split and scraped
1. Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
2. Mix the seeds with the sugar in a jar.
3. Bury the vanilla bean pod in the sugar.
4. Seal the jar and let it sit for at least a week before using.
