Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 units Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Sour cream

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
