- 1 cup Cashews raw
- 1 cup Mixed Berries fresh or frozen
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted
1. In a food processor, blend cashews until finely ground.
2. Add mixed berries, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil. Blend until smooth.
3. Press the mixture into a baking dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
4. Cut into bars and serve.
