Vanilla Almond Granola Recipe

Granola Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats and sliced almonds.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil and honey together. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
Pour the honey mixture over the oats and almonds, stirring until everything is well coated.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown.
Let the granola cool completely before storing it in an airtight container.
