Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter, melted
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz)
- ½ cup Key Lime Juice
- 1 cup Heavy Cream whipped
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
2. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving glasses to form a crust. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice until smooth.
4. Pour the key lime mixture over the graham cracker crust in the serving glasses.
5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
6. Top the key lime mixture with whipped cream.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
