Instructions

  4. 4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. 5. Shape the dough into a turtle: a large ball for the body, a smaller ball for the head, and small pieces for the legs and tail.
  6. 6. Place the turtle-shaped dough on a baking sheet and let it rise for 20 minutes.
