Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped spinach, cooked quinoa, tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff each bell pepper with the turkey mixture.
Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until peppers are tender and turkey is cooked through.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to brown the tops, if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy!
