Turkey Rice Soup Recipe
A hearty and comforting turkey rice soup, perfect for using up leftover turkey.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Turkey shredded
- 1 cup Rice uncooked
- 1 cup Carrots diced
- 1 cup Celery diced
- 1 cup Onion diced
- 6 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
1. In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
4. Add the rice, salt, pepper, and thyme. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked.
5. Stir in the cooked turkey and heat through.
6. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
