Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Brown meatballs on all sides.
  6. Transfer meatballs to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
