Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Form mixture into meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Brown meatballs on all sides.
Transfer meatballs to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
