Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Form mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
Place meatballs in sub rolls, top with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Place subs back in the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
