Turkey Meatball Stir-Fry Recipe
A quick and healthy stir-fry with turkey meatballs and fresh veggies.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cups Mixed Vegetables chopped (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Mix well and form into small meatballs.
2. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
3. Add mixed vegetables to the wok and stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
4. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
