In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and form into small meatballs.
In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, basil, salt, and black pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Gently add the meatballs to the simmering broth. Cook for another 15-20 minutes, until meatballs are cooked through.
Stir in the chopped spinach and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until wilted. Serve hot.
