Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Pasta

  • 12 oz Pasta any type
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
  4. 4. While the meatballs are cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. 5. Add the marinara sauce to the meatballs and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked pasta. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
