Meatballs
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Pasta
- 12 oz Pasta any type
- 2 cups Marinara Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
4. While the meatballs are cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
5. Add the marinara sauce to the meatballs and simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked pasta. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
