Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can Kidney Beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can Black Beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.
  2. 2. Add the ground turkey to the pot and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings like cheese, sour cream, or green onions.
