Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk room temperature
  • 2 Large eggs room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and melted butter until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Fill the muffin tin cups about halfway with the batter.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 450°F (230°C), then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
