Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 unit Pie crust pre-baked
  • 4 cups Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Basil chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place sliced tomatoes in a colander in the sink in 1 layer. Sprinkle with salt and allow to drain for 10 minutes.
  3. Layer the tomato slices, basil, and onion in the pie shell. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine the grated cheeses and mayonnaise together. Spread mixture on top of the tomatoes and bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. Cut into slices and serve warm.
