  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed
  • 4 pieces Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a tart pan.
  3. Layer the sliced tomatoes and shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pastry.
  4. Sprinkle chopped basil over the top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
