Tomato Basil Quiche

- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Fresh basil, chopped
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Pre-made pie crust
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Place the pie crust in a pie dish and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the crust.
Spread the halved cherry tomatoes and chopped basil over the cheese.
Pour the egg mixture over the tomatoes and basil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
